Best Western Plus Downtown North Hotel San Antonio, San Antonio

I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were updated and very clean, offering both a sofa bed and two queen beds, which was spacious and comfortable. The service, particularly housekeeping, was exceptional. The location was convenient, although the proximity to a fire station caused occasional noise disturbances. The dining experience, with fresh seafood included, was a highlight. However, some facilities could use improvement.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The rooms were updated, very clean, and had a king bed and sofa bed, making it very comfortable. However, there was no fridge and microwave in the room, which would've been convenient. The service, especially housekeeping, was top-notch and ensured a pleasant experience. The location was unbeatable, close to the AT&T center, Testing center, riverwalk, and downtown - perfect for exploring the city. The dining experience, although not included, offered delicious pasta dishes. Overall, excellent value for money with a few minor room amenities missing.

My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were updated, very clean, and had all the comforts I needed, including a comfortable sofa bed. The location was superb, very close to the Pride area with plenty of excellent dining options nearby and convenient access to downtown and other attractions in San Antonio. The included dining options with Iberian products were a delightful culinary experience. On the downside, the price could have been more competitive for the value provided, and the facilities, although sufficient, left room for improvement.
